Application Submission
You must submit a completed online application for admission. This application can include a personal statement that highlights your professional accomplishments and articulates your aspirations in the makeup world.

Personal Interview
We encourage a personal interview with one of our Admissions Managers or Academy Directors. While we prefer in-person interviews, we understand that may not be right for everyone, so Skype or Zoom is the answer.

Enrollment Agreement
Complete and sign the enrollment agreement to confirm your commitment to joining our academy.

The next sessions of the Daniel Bauer Academy 12-Week Course, renowned for producing talented and successful makeup artists through its unique lifelong learning approach, are scheduled as follows: In Mumbai, the course begins on October 7th, 2024. The Delhi session will start in November 2024, while the Kolkata course is set to commence in January 2025. For Bangalore, the course is slated to begin in December 2024. At Daniel Bauer Academy, we emphasize a unique teaching method that includes gap days between classes, allowing students ample time to master their techniques and refine their speed, setting us apart from other academies.

When is the next Daniel Bauer Academy 12 Month Course happening?
The next session of the Daniel Bauer Academy 12-Month Course will commence in January 2025. This course features two core elements of class teaching: DBA Insider Classes and the Daniel Bauer MasterClass sessions. The DBA Insider Classes are conducted locally in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore, ensuring students receive region-specific training.The Daniel Bauer MasterClass sessions, held in Mumbai, are a key component of the course. Daniel Bauer delivers three MasterClass sessions every other month:
- Session 1: 3 Days in Fashion Makeup (typically in month 4 or 5)
- Session 2: 3 Days in Editorial Makeup (typically in month 7 or 8)
- Session 3: 3 Days in Bridal Makeup (typically in month 10 or 11)
Students from our other academies will travel to Mumbai for these intensive sessions, requiring three separate visits throughout the course. This setup provides a significant advantage as it allows students to gain experience in the heart of Bollywood. By preparing for shoots and placements in Mumbai, students immerse themselves in the epicenter of India's media, fashion, and entertainment industries, thus enhancing their practical knowledge and industry connections.

Can i enrol in DBA Bangalore or Kolkata and do some of my placements and portfolio shoots in Mumbai or Delhi?
Yes, you can enroll in the Daniel Bauer Academy in Bangalore or Kolkata and still participate in placements and portfolio shoots in Mumbai or Delhi. The flexibility of the program allows you to take advantage of opportunities across different cities.While your coursework and DBA Insider Classes will be conducted locally in your chosen city, you can travel to Mumbai or Delhi for additional experiences, including high-profile placements and portfolio shoots. This arrangement ensures you benefit from the comprehensive training offered at your local academy while also gaining exposure to the dynamic fashion and media scenes in other major hubs.
