After almost 4 years of producing some of the best makeup and hair artists of the country with our industry ready course, team Daniel Bauer Academy decided to take it up a notch. Turns out, it was a lot more than up a notch. After months of brainstorming, we decided to provide our students with the best work experience in the industry as part of our training. Not only did the students get top class training and portfolios with celebrated creative directors and fashion photographers, but also complete industry experience for not one, not two, but six whole months. And that my friends is how the Industry Ready Plus course was born.

October 2021 was when we had our first batch of students enrolling for the Industry Ready Plus course – our beloved BM17. We try not to brag, but what brilliant artists have our students turned out to be!

From the very beginning, the one thing we were always clear about was that Daniel Bauer Academy is not an academy to just equip someone with technical skills for makeup and hair, but also to develop a certain taste, a sense of aesthetic, and idea of beauty and fashion within each artist we produce. The industry ready plus Course helped us bring all our students’ and our own dreams to life. We were able to train students and give them the best on field experience any makeup academy has to offer. From the biggest fashion shows, to designer campaigns, magazine covers, we were able to let students experience what life as a makeup artist in the Indian fashion industry means.
